Justus Beike is a member of the Management Board of Kiel Power Systems SE and serves as Head of Sales for Kiel Power Systems SE, Kieler Maschinenwerke GmbH and Pro-Valve GmbH.
He holds a Master in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, with a focus on strategy and finance.
During his master’s studies, he served as Interim CEO of EMIL Deutschland. After graduating, he worked as a strategy consultant at Fortlane Partners, formerly goetzpartners. He subsequently joined BRYCK in Essen, where he helped develop an innovation ecosystem for the Ruhr region in collaboration with the RAG-Stiftung.
Justus Beike joined Private Assets in 2024. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, he served as CEO of Bever Elektronik GmbH, where he led the carve-out of an electronics manufacturing operation and its establishment as an independent company.
