Peter Nortmann is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Kiel Power Systems SE. He has led the Group’s operating businesses since 2025, serving as Managing Director of Kieler Maschinenwerke GmbH, Pro Machining GmbH and Pro Valve GmbH.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Peter Nortmann began his career at Unilever and Holcim and subsequently held senior international management positions at IWC Schaffhausen, Swarovski, Amer Sports and the Loewe Group. He has more than 20 years of international management experience across industrial and consumer businesses, with a particular focus on operational leadership, transformation and business development.
He later moved into industrial operations and private equity, serving as Principal at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA and as CEO of SABO Maschinenfabrik GmbH. He went on to serve as COO and CEO of a Swiss private equity-backed stock corporation.
